* Since August of 2010, processed over 121 procurement requests for a total estimate of $125,000,000.00 of goods and services supporting USSOCOM.
* Of the 121 procurement requests, 77 were service contract related procurement requests consisting of new contract requirements, exercising options, and adding incremental funding. These requirements totaled approximately $124,000,000.00.
* Of the 121 procurement requests, 44 were for Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) products totaling $1,200,000.00 using GSA Advantage, Army CHESS, and open market sources.
* Keeps the government client updated on monthly burn rates and current contract funding levels for three multi-million dollar contracts for intelligence labor services by receiving monthly invoices, documenting monthly invoice amounts in spreadsheets that reflect the current funding, cumulative amount expensed, and the remaining funds on the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs).
* Assists the government client in the preparation of the following procurement documents: Statements of Work, Independent Government Estimates, Justification and Approval for limited competition, Determination and Findings for Not Inherently Government Functions, and gathering security requirements for completion of DD Form 254s.
* Took the primarily role of converting all hard copy contract documents to PDF documents.
* Has over three years experienced derivatively classifying acquisition document such as Statements of Work and Justification and Approval documents using multiple security classification guides at the Secret classification level.
