• Originally hired as Quality Control Manager with the responsibility of
a department which consisted of 11 inspectors, two technicians and
one full time C.M.M. operator.
• Wrote and implemented new Vendor Assessment Program.

• Revised and re-wrote all quality documentation to become
compliant with ISO requirements.
• When company decided to become ISO registered I was made
company representative and sent to Excel Partnership training in
Chicago, Ill. to become a certified Lead Auditor.
• Under my supervision the company achieved compliance and
registration within nine (9) months of the start of the program.
• Promoted to Director of Quality Assurance in 1993.
• Hired and trained a new Quality Control Manager to fill my old

HAZMAT and OSHA (State certified in both).
• Motch started a production division within the company
