Product Introduction and quote processes. Reduced inventory and

improved Accounts Receivable to 99% by setting up Vendor Managed

Inventory procedures at Celestica After Market. While at Panasonic

Automotive reduced work-in-process inventory by $8M by establishing

the KanBan Pull System.

Strategic Planning Expert. At Plexus, spearheaded planning for a

400,000 square feet, $55M expansion and developed a 3-year strategy to

grow Americas region from $1.2B to $2.0B. While at Celestica

successfully planned and executed the transfer of business from

California to Reynosa, MX while improving EBIT by $2M annually and

inventory turns from 8 to 14. At Panasonic planned and executed the

consolidation of Logistics Centers in the Southwest and significantly

reduced costs and improved efficiencies.

Operations comprising of Electromechanical, EMS, Fabrication, Stamping, and

Charged with P&L management of Mexican operation with responsibility for

business plan development including sales support, strategic planning,

capital planning, and "make" vs. "buy" strategy.

Initially managed P&L of approximately $800M for multiple locations in the

USA, Mexico, and China; employing a total of 3000 employees. Responsible
