facility in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India
o Planned and coordinated efforts of 7 contractors, and over 300 contractor personnel. This
project was taken over 4 months after ground was broken, necessitating the installation of
policies and procedures required to execute the project safely, efficiently, and cost effective.

o Client Engagement for North Refineries Company, Bajii, Iraq
• After insurgent activity, provided design and project input for rerouting piping in order to
bring refinery back onstream
o Provided assistance with pump calculations to ensure hydraulic balance

• Feasibility study executed for pressure vessel and piping fabrication shop in Basrah

• Developed and managed training for Sharepoint 2007 environment for collaboration among project
members and client personnel
• Modified content and process of management of tenders for North Oil Company, North Gas
Company, and Kirkuk Oil Training Institute, resulting in international interest in these tenders, further
resulting in increased production and training activity;

• Overall accountability for $80 million US budget for Bayport manufacturing and distribution
• Led negotiations in first labor contract gaining significant concessions for Petrolite, and served as
Petrolite representative in all subsequent relations with OCAW local;
• Revamped plant utility system to obtain greater reliability: downtime of key systems virtually
eliminated
• Managed due diligence visits from potential buyers during sale of company
• Led negotiations resulting in a new contract maintenance service provider being put into place,
resulting in a 35% decrease in maintenance labor cost;
Catalyst Technology, Inc., December, 1994 – February, 1996
Development Engineer
• Designed and patented 3 key improvements that improved operational efficiency and safety;
• Led recapitalization effort in revamping fleet of catalyst handling and dust collection equipment; and
• Executed capital project to build tank network for a critical job, which was under intense time
pressure, while maintaining customer expectations of piping specifications and capital budget
constraints.
