Researched and developed new process of Statements of Insurance, replacing
“duplicate policy pages”. Developing this process, after conducting competitive analysis,
reduced processing time from 5 days to 1 hour, reducing pages sent out from 10 to 1, which
saved the company over $200,000 within the first year, and over $500,000 the following year.
Received “Saving Makes Cents” award with $1000 bonus.
Developed project to delete all paper reports, transferring them to on line reports. This
idea saved the company many hundreds of thousands of dollars eliminating paper reports.
