• Using scanning and transmission electron microscopy techniques to examine the ordering of keratin bundles inside
feather barbs in several penguin species
• Obtaining reflectance spectra of feathers using spectrophotometers in order to quantify color

• Obtained energy content measurements of Miscanthus x giganteus grown on two different soil types using bomb
