As a recruiter I sought out potential candidates in libraries, by responding to calls, emails, and Mobile Management

Inc’s job postings. I was responsible for employee relations, including receiving applications, interviews, hiring,

counseling, couching, and terminations. I served as a link between management and employees by handling questions,

interpreting, and helping resolve work related problems. I orchestrated 3 days of the training process by administering

new hire paper work, position overview, work related passwords, business e-mails, compliance, procedures, company

Retail Location Scout/Permitting Oklahoma City, Ok April 2013 – May 2013

I often sought out commercial properties to inquire about opening new Easy Wireless retail stores. I spoke with brokers

regarding spacing and leasing for Oklahoma and surrounding cities. Frequently responsible for locating commercial

zones sites for the distribution of subsidiary based cell phones under tents in low income communities. As a permitting

liaison, I attained out door sellers license/permit for the distribution of phones in our events.
