Broadcom is a US based semiconductor industry. As part of project we have to get

t he different quote files from the quotation. To carry out an analysis on the approved

quotes based on business rules and update the Purchasing info record (PIR) with the

suitable price or create an info record if no PIR exists already. The quote is presented to

t he buyer and passed on to the approver and when approved.

Objects Developed:

Developed a report to validate different types of vendor quote files, based on some

validation

r ules. If all the validations in the file valid then upload the file into specified folder in MFT

server

and if any validations fails then we have to send a mail with error table records to vendor or

buyer and error filepath.

Worked on enhancement ‘Replenishment Delivery created with reference to Stock

T ransfer order should have the relevant partner functions & other data copied from the

S tock Transfer order primarily & other additional information from Consignment Fill up

order secondarily ’.

Developed a report ‘to carry out an analysis on the approved quotes based on business

r ules and update the Purchasing inforecord (PIR) with the suitable price or create an

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:

Scheduling system is to schedule the iron coils which in terms as batches as per customer

requirement and integrated this entire one to standard t ransactions in PP .Once the

bathes

get scheduled send them for PDI download to l2 i.e non sap system and from that particular

parent batch multiple child batches(iron coils ) will be formed and those child bathes will be

reverted to SAP through proxy against that input batch.

And then generating production orders based on the bathes updated in table and confirming the

p roduction orders.

And then need to update the batch characteristics and weights of thechild bathes so as to

u pdate

t hose values in the standard SAP tables.

Objects Developed:

Developed web dynpro application for generating the schedule number for batches based

on batch, so,item combination as i t generate multiple schedule number for the same

batch,so,item when t ransfer posting happened.

Created tables so as to update the schedule number details which are created, altered,

deleted and to update the details of child batches through proxy interface.

Developed web dynpro application for alter the batches against the schedule number

using alvs,so as to change the bathes assigned to schedule number by adding or by

removed from that schedule number.

Used proxy to update the details from non-sap to a table in sap.

Developed web dynpro application for deletion of schedule number against particular

batch

Developed web dynpro application so as to send the details of input batches to non-sap

by using some proxy and will update the details in a table in legacy system.

Developed PO confirmation report in functionality as follows,

Developed report for error dash board which captures the batches which got errors in PO

confi rmation in confi rmation of PO, batch characteristics update and in t ransfer

posting.And automated the functionality of PO confi rmation from the functionality

w here ever i t is updated as error. And integrated error dash board report to PO

confi rmation for the same functionalityas in po confirmation.

Added validation in t ransaction M I L L_CUT to restrict i t when batch is scheduled.

Developed reports in web dynpro to display the summarized details based on hard

constraints,
