losses,serious liability exposures, to include completed
operations and products liability claims, as well as
marine. Responsible for marketing, client relations and the
training of adjusters. Handled SIU cases and "problem
claims" for many insurers who maintained their own claims
staff. Supervised files in litigation. Qualified expert in
Circuit Court to testify regarding good faith claims
protocol (both property and personal injury liability), as
well as the adjustment of large structural losses.
