Duties

I do all the payroll and garnishments for the two different

companies we have which totals around 1400 employees. We have a

call center in Florida, a call center in California and home agents

that I do payroll for. I enter all new employees in payroll then

create and maintain all of the personnel files. I run all of the

payroll reports, advise accounting of wire amounts and run reports

for directors and managers when needed. I am responsible for the

paid time off accruals and postings in E Time. I am the

administrator for our Primenet and Paychex HRO websites. When an

employee has a benefit question and the coordinator is not

available I answered questions and assist as needed. I was

responsible for the new hire orientation before it became a

responsibility of the recruiting division, which was about two or

three years ago, however I am the back up when needed. I enroll new

hires in the 401K plan when eligible as we do auto enroll and help

with the 401K audit each year. There are also alot of miscellaneous

items I do like wage statements for DES and social security. We

were using ADP for payroll but changed to Paychex the end of May

2007. I also supervisor the receptionists, a payroll coordinator

and with manage the covered parking area and other projects they

are responsible for. Before I was approved to hire the payroll

coordinator which just happened in April 2014 I was working 70 to

80 hours each week.

Reason for Leaving

Would like to work closer to home as the company has moved to a

different building in Scottsdale so I am driving 61.50 miles one

way to work. I have been there almost 10 years and like what I do

but the distance is just too far.
