1. Current Experience: Working as Research & Development Executive at
First Bends Ltd. Lagos Nigeria (from 6th December 2013 to present).
Duties included and achievements:
To run Extensograph, Farinograph, Falling number, NIR and other physico-
chemical analysis of flour and to develop the functional solutions.
To develop & formulate cereal enzymes cocktails (flour correctors, flour
modifiers), bakery ingredients and bread improvers by using enzymes and other
high-tech food additives for commercial flour mills and bakeries.
To run in-lab and in-factory trials for the application of products & technologies
and for trouble-shooting of customers, in partnership with sales team.
Developed functional premixes, fortificants, ready & quick bake for different

Leading a group of 10 people and training them to be expert in their field.

2. Previous Experience: Worked as Quality Lab Assistant for two years and six
months (04th July, 2004 to 25th Jan, 2007) with Allahabad Dairy, Allahabad.

Platform testing of liquid raw milk.
Physical, chemical and microbiological quality testing of raw and processed milk,
and indigenous dairy products (condensed milk, cream, butter, ghee, paneer etc.).
