Enhancements:

Screen enhancement to add a text field under a custom data tab to maintain a reason code if the user

enters a negative valuation for the maintenance order in standard tcode IW32 and IW33.

Enhanced standard transaction WCTL to maintain the default approval data as safety for a particular

work order activity.

Implemented a BAdI using WORKORDER_GOODSMVT for transaction COR6N.The purpose of this is,

if the quantity is entered more than the reservation quantity an error message is displayed.

Enhanced transaction CA02 using implicit enhancement. The purpose of this enhancement is to restrict

some users from editing few fields.

Forms:

Worked on modification of a work clearance application by maintaining additional fields in smartforms

and script.

Developed smartforms for cheque printing for various banks.

Created a smartform and displayed it by creating an output type in VF03 for the maritime billing. The

purpose of this form is to send the billing document to the customer.

Enhanced transaction MB1A and MB1B.The purpose of this enhancement is to display an error

message when the user enters an invalid posting date.

Implemented a BAdI using MB_MIGO_BADI for transaction code MIGO for posting date validation.

Implemented a BAdI using WORKORDER_GOODSMVT for transaction code COR6N and CO15 for

posting date validation.

Enhanced transaction VA01 using user exit MV45AFZZ.The purpose is to check whether the invoiced

quantity has been fully returned or not. If the user enters an invoiced quantity more than the actual

invoiced quantity it should throw an error.

Enhancement in BAPI – BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE. The purpose of this is to create a header text

parameter. On maintaining the long text in this header text parameter, this long text should get displayed

in transaction ME53N.

Reports:

Developed a Z report for displaying the actual invoiced quantity, sales return and the balance invoiced

quantity. I also facilitated the user by calling the transaction code VF03 on double clicking the billing

document field.

Reports:

The main objective of this project is to develop the ‘function module’ and ‘data source’ in RSO2.The

data is then extracted from the reports through the data extractor using tcode RSA3 by the BI

consultants.

Developed a supplier payment report for materials management modules.

Worked on developing reports in ABAP-HR for employee details of the company.

Developed a report for interest collection from customers for SD-FI module.

Developed C and F form tracking report for the list of invoices. This ALV report was done by creating

internal number for the selected invoices and later on processed for two levels of approval.

Enhancement:

Enhanced transaction VA02 using user exit MV45AFZZ.The purpose is to display error message if the

sum of amounts for certain conditions exceeds 7%.

Developed smartforms for bill of material for duty free goods and displayed its output by creating an

output type in Tcode: VF03 with the help of SD consultant. I also provided editable fields in the

smartforms to facilitate the end user.

Developed a smartforms for finance module which is National electronic fund transfer (NEFT) as per

the requirements provided by the respective bank.

Developed a label format and provided it with a barcode.

Scripts:

Modification of scripts for cheque printing etc.

Data Migration:

Uploading methods used: BDC Call transaction.

Modification of module pool program like addition of material details, barcode types etc.

Created a module pool for generating a CAPA number based on the complaint number raised by the
