o Communicating welding procedures, preheat, interpass temperature and
all other necessary documents to welding supervisors and welding
operators
o Tracking repair joints,monitoring repair marking along with assuring
the repaired welds further with NDT practices.
o To review the MTRs of welding Consumables according to ASME Code and
review the Lab test reports of Procedure Qualification, Welder
Qualification, Production test plate and welding Consumables
o NDT inspection PT, MT, UT of welds and raw materials accordance with
written procedures, project specifications
o Handling customer complaints, Maintaining NCR logs and preparing
Corrective and Preventive action plan.
