Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Role of the job

To maintain the quality level of the product established by the management

through its quality system, and to consistently ensuring that all materials

received from suppliers are up to our company requirement. Also, ensures

that each materials received are as per the contractual requirement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

. Supervise the incoming inspection of all materials related to the

products for each delivery received.

. Gather and collect all test reports, MTC, COC/DOC applicable for

the material received.

. Control of test equipment utilization wherein quality requirements

of the material being inspected are dependent.

. Coordinate with related department in addressing non-conformance

material received.

. Maintain the encoding of data into the ORACLE system in relation to

incoming inspection result.

. Providing inputs to the HOD with regards to quality and

productivity improvement in the area where he is assigned.

. Ensure that all documentations required are available prior for any

IQC inspection to be done.

. Control and maintenance of periodic calibration of measuring

instruments, gauges and test equipments used in the area.

. To ensure that NC materials received are put to quarantine and

identified. Immediately a relevant CAPA report has to be prepared.

. Resolving issues related to the material received, in terms of

technical clarification.
