database, follow up to ensure customer complaints were

resolved, determine charges for services or products

requested, collect payments, arrange for billing. Maintain

updated corporate and plant procedures and corrective

actions, Input lab test results into SAP software,

receptionist backup, provided plant attire for visitors,

accepted customer payments and provided receipt. Accounts

receivable and complete weekly deposits, track supply

inventory and order as needed, maintain customer filing

system, maintain appointment calendar. Prepare client tax

returns, verify and transmit prepared returns, submit

employee time sheets for payroll. Research and

troubleshoot in-store processing systems, create/update

trouble tickets, receive inbound and outbound calls for

technical support and customer service issues. Cash

handling, customer service, complete store open/close

procedures, process vendor deliveries, complete daily

revenue deposits, prepare and submit inventory orders.
