As a licensed psychologist, I provide a variety of services including individual, marital, and family therapy,
educational and vocational counseling, and EAP and Managed Care services. I also provide referral services
to assure clients receive the most appropriate treatment.

closed, the CRT was established to provide supportive services to community providers who took over
responsibility for caring for the patients who were placed in the community. My responsibilities included
assuring that
consumers received necessary services to promote successful
integration into the community. This included site visits, providing
medication, transportation to appointments, consulting on challenging cases, and having regular contact with
community
providers to assist in making the system work. My duties also
included membership in the Forensic Work Group to establish a plan to assure mental health services to
individuals who come in contact with law enforcement. I was also a member of the Brain Injury Panel, to provide
services to individuals diagnosed with Traumatic Brain
Injury. I retired from Civil Service 1/23/09.

I provided volunteer services through the Speaker's Bureau, co-facilitating an Alzheimer's support group,
and assisting with fundraising efforts. I consulted with staff on issues related to psychological problems of
caregivers, as well as helped plan services for caregivers.

As a psychologist on a 30 bed psychiatric unit, I provided individual and group therapy, educational services,
and psychological assessments. I also participated as the psychology representative to the hospital wide
Health Information Services Committee, which was part of the quality assurance program at the hospital. I was
part of a multidisciplinary team approach to treating psychiatric patients, and
I consulted with treatment staff about challenging patient behavior. Job ended when the hospital closed.
