Initially started as an intern to gain experience, then was hired to help on both sides of the
business. Not only was it a tax consultant office but also the Consulate for Bolivia. Filed and
reviewed paper work for the tax consultant side, and also helped with obtaining visas and
passports for the consulate.

Citibank, Katy, TX (June 2003 - March 2005)
Started in the customer service bilingual dept. handling 5 portfolios, Texaco, Shell, Conoco,
Phillips 66, and Union 76. Job duties included answering incoming calls, and provided customer
service for their accounts, including checking balances, taking payments, changing contact
information, assisting in lost and stolen credit cards and up-selling eligible clients. After 6
months was trained in bilingual dept. of Collections, handling 30, 60, and 90 days delinquent
accounts, achieving goals for collection thru out the time spent in collection dept. Trained new
bilingual trainees in sales and customer service 2 weeks prior to their completion of their
training. Helped in the IT dept. for a few months installing new computers for the new hires and
installing programs. Supervisory role from Jan 2004 till March 2005.
