Catering Sales Manager
In my current position I am responsible for all aspects of show management catering sales and exhibitor catering sales for
assigned shows including financial pre-show forecasting, Catermate booking order input. I also assist with front-of –house
and back-of-house operations during Mega Events such as CES, ICSC, NAB & ConExpo. Attend bi-weekly beo meetings
for any assigned show as well as weekly OPS meetings.

As Customer Service Manager I was responsible for hiring and training up to twenty event-based employees for onsite
customer service desk, processing daily payroll and wage & hour meal/break sheets. Customer Service was also held
responsible for achieving a goal of 10% increase of prior year’s onsite sales for each show.
I also managed Catermate product listings by adding custom menu items/packages to the database and updating the content
on a daily basis; and manage online ordering interface by distributing orders to the appropriate sales manager and ensuring
menus are current/regularly updated
