To whom it may concern:
In his prior position with Creo, and later Kodak, I had the distinct pleasure of working with Kurt Alexander in a customer-
vendor relationship.
What is most notable about the time I spent working with Kurt is how he worked diligently to ensure ours was a
relationship deeper and more successful than the typical customer-vendor relationship. Kurt was a key part of a team
environment that bridged both our companies and enabled us to sustain a successful partnership. I am certain we would
not have enjoyed the successes we did were it not for the leadership, communication and support Kurt provided on the
part of Creo and Kodak.
I can say without reserve that it would be a pleasure to work with Kurt again in any capacity and that I’m sure he can
bring to any business endeavor the professionalism and skills that lead to positive results.
Sincerely,
Damon Lincourt,
Manufacturing Manager,
RR Donnelley Crawfordsville
I worked with Kurt Alexander, when he was at Kodak, on the start up and implementation of a two million dollar prepress
system (Prinergy) installed across several Donnelley Book plants. We were the respective project managers for our
companies. Kurt worked effectively within his and our organizations to ensure needs were met and problems resolved and
continued to oversee implementation to assure ongoing success. The project successfully started up on budget and on
schedule and continues to be a foundation of our prepress success.
Kurt has demonstrated excellent management and people skills in all areas of prepress as well as general management. I
would consider him to be an asset to any Donnelley team.
