Responsible for reviewing, creating and processing journal entry

submissions on a monthly and year end accrual basis. Review of balance

sheet and income statement for discrepancies. Providing external auditors

reports for year-end process. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for

checking, saving and money market accounts. Creating monthly and year-end

financial packets for board of directors and community managers consisting

of these reports: balance sheet, income statement, general ledger report

and other custom reports as requested. Coordinated with several financial

institutions to set up/transfer funds for money market and CD accounts for

taxes for VA, MD, and OH in QuickBooks. Collaborated with the external CPA
