Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey - Senior Property Manager
June 2009 to March 2011
Managed 7 Tax Credit/Conventional sites in Trenton, NJ, to include
supervising the 9 member administrative and maintenance staff. Also
responsible for an additional portfolio of 3 Tax Credit/Section 8 sites
throughout NJ, to include the supervision of 3 managers and their staff.
Community Realty Management - Property Manager July
2003 to June 2009
Manager of a 206 unit Tax Credit property with Project-based Section 8 and
Market Rate Units in New Brunswick, NJ, and a 247 unit mixed-use unit
property in East Orange, NJ, as well.. Responsible for the daily operations
of both properties while supervising a 7 member staff in New Brunswick, and
an 8 member staff in East Orange. (2nd site added in October 2008) Also
part of a team that supervised a $4 million renovation project at New
Brunswick Apartments

When I was first hired by CRM, I was responsible for overseeing the daily
operations of all of the public housing sites CRM was contracted to manage,
