Oneir, a start- up real estate franchising company hired me to provide support and training to the franchise owners, brokers and sales associates.
* Wrote the Corporate Operations Manual; as well as designed and wrote templates for each franchisee: Policy & Procedure, Human Resource and Employee Manuals.
* Designed and ran the full 2-day training program for franchise owners and brokers.
* Produced training tutorials of the tools/benefits provided to each Oneir member including utilizing the Debt Free Tutor, designing a Realtysoft Agent Website, tracking production in CompTrac, and familiarizing them with Oneir Academy.
* Designed, implemented, and maintained a drip email campaign for the 3 different levels of Oneir Members
