Recruited to establish and implement the company EH&S program at a newly acquired facility thru
purchase acquisition.
Implemented site specific programs and procedures for immediate use in to a practically deprived EH&S
culture. The previous owner was a foreign enterprise with a limited emphasis or control on plant safety
and environmental protection. With direct interjection with front line supervision and above, the RTA
rates have been brought under control and continue to improve by at least 38% each quarter.
Performed internal audits for company program implementation, The Score
Sheet Method. To acquire real time data on immediate, yearly and long term goals and
needs to achieve companywide parameters in EH&S on a newly acquired site.
Developed and implemented an industrial waste stream with local environmental
companies for waste disposal, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
Set-up and established a working relationship with local occupational health care
providers to achieve aggressive case management involving injuries and illnesses for all
