A leading and reputable global equipment manufacturer and system solution

provider for the food processing industry producing $44 Million in revenue

annually. Reporting to the division controller.

Responsibilities:

• Supported controller to produce accurate and timely financial statements

while providing oversight of all operating activity,

• Helped accelerate the financial close to five business days to comply with

corporate objectives,

• Month-end processing, GL journals, monthly reconciliations, revenue

recognition, cost of sales, customer deposits and progress billings,

capitalization of labor and overhead variances and forecasting. GAAP and

SOX compliance,

• Research profit margin variances, actual costs versus estimated costs, to

identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities,

• Reconcile inventories and prepared book-to-perpetual adjustments,

• Audit physical inventory process and controls to ensure compliance with
