RE: Zachary Daniels
To whom it may concern:
I would like to recommend Zachary Daniels as a candidate for a position with your organization. Zac has been working with us on a
part time basis. He recently graduated with his degree in radiation therapy and passed his Boards on the first attempt!
In his position as Surgical Technician, Zac does an excellent job and is an asset to our organization. He has excellent written and
verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets
done.
During his tenure with Riverside Surgery Center, Zac was responsible for prepping patients for surgery, setting up the OR for
procedures, transporting patients from the Center into their automobiles, and many other duties to maintain efficient operations.
Zac is always willing to offer his assistance and has an excellent rapport with the many constituents served by our Center including
patients, employees, surgeons and other professional organizations. He would be an asset to any employer and I recommend him for
any endeavor he chooses to pursue.
Yours truly,
Ralph B. Monnett, Jr., M.D.
Medical Director
