Dear Sir Madame,

This letter is to introduce myself to you; I have been a Realtor for the past 13 + years, both in

Florida and Tennessee. I have moved back to Florida and sat for and pass the State test for

Community Association Manager. My Florida Real Estate License has been active since 2000

without interruption; it has been in referral since 2006, active in Tn. 2006 through 2009, upon

my return to Florida, I have been working in the management field. I have obtained my

Community Association Management License; I also have returned to full time Real Estate, I am

a member of Pinellas Realtor Association. I have been working in the Sales, Rental and Property

Management areas. I am a self-starter, very familiar with Real Estate contract procedures and

I have been a licensed Realtor in the State of Florida since the year 2000. I have had a very

successful career in listing, selling, rentals and management . I was in the top 5 and top 10 of

the Kents report in Pasco County FI. I relocated to N.E. Tennessee, for five years, became a

Licensed Realtor there as well also in Sales and Rentals, with the sales downturn I became

a Leasing consultant.

I Returned to Florida in 2011 and have been working in the Rental and Bookkeeping
