assist with implementing service plan of daily skills. Assist client with transportation if needed, keeping
daily documentation of updates and changes, assist with medication making sure there are no errors.
11/18/2009-7/9/10- United Cerebral palsy of Cleveland: assist physically handicapped with daily living
