AEDM), maintaining calendars, expense reports, travel arrangements which included Visa's and Passports. I

coordinated monthly team meetings by Video/Audio conferencing regions included: Japan, Australia, Europe,

Singapore, Hong Kong, Canada and the US. I also maintained a separate calendar for one on one meetings,

which were either weekly meetings or monthly with direct reports.
