I am interested in sales and/or managing people in the automotive or real estate industries. I can also see

Responsibilities

I purchased properties for personal use, as well as, for both short and long term investments. Born and raised

in England, I immigrated to America in 2007, and became a US citizen in 2012. I continued with my love

of real estate by acquiring properties in New York City, NY, Wellington, Lake Worth, Boca Raton and Fort

Lauderdale, FL.

Accomplishments

I did the same work in England before I moved to the US. I owned several properties in the UK where I employed

people who assisted me in the renovation of my properties. Being self-employed for much of my career has

allowed me the opportunity to manage and oversee my bookkeeping, marketing, sales and renovation projects,

so I am well balanced and can see the big picture.

I have a clean driving record. I have a good eye for design and color, and staging my own properties for rent

and for sale was immensely satisfying.

I am ultimately looking for employment that allows me to direct my focus on my employer. I have a great

personality, but mostly I understand people's needs. My English accent could be an added bonus! I appreciate

live theatre and the arts. I love to visit art galleries, and when I am in Europe, I like to see the museums and

take sightseeing tours. I love entertaining people, and I love music. I am a dog lover and have a Yorkshire

Terrier and a King Charles Cavalier!
