Set-up an Automotive Division for the seven radio stations in the LA market with budget
responsibilities of $40 Million and 122 sales reps. I worked closely with all the major
manufacturers on how to develop and implement new strategies in a changing market. I
was recruited after they had looked at over 500 resumes for this new position created by
CBS in NY, after the position being very well received it was eliminated because of
major budget cuts and management layoffs inside the company because of the economy

Porsche store in the Bay Area selling more than 1300 cars a year in less than a year. We
achieved this by training and building a team with incredible employee satisfaction which
led to great CSI which led to the increase in sales and service.

Responsibilities included capitalizing on the success of Porsche and Audi in Europe to
promote high-end German cars in North America and turned Sonnen Motors into one of
the largest dealerships of its kind on the West Coast, we took the store from 10 Audis a
month to 60 Audis a month in less than a year to become the largest Audi store west of
the Rockies and the second largest Porsche store in the Bay area, with $90 M per year in
revenue. Assembled a top-notch team of over 50 expert managers and loyal employees.
Identified and acquired dealership property and oversaw a $10M build out obtaining
permits, overseeing all aspects of the construction, and coordinated with the
manufacturers to complete the project. Placed all advertising, directed marketing and
public relations efforts and coordinated a spectacular Grand Opening Event.
