Responsibilities included processing invoices for 15+ various companies.
Coding & keying approximately 1000-1500 invoices monthly into the system
and scheduling them for payment within appropriate time frame. Respond to
vendors regarding payment status and other issues as needed. Work with
branch manager & office coordinator setup new vendors. Duties also
included updating AP link on the companies intranet by making sure the
current forms and policies were posted for staff to access.
Pre-Estate Collector, Estate Information Services September 2009 -
November 2010
Responsibilities included contacting appropriate living relatives and legal
counsel of deceased clients in efforts of determining if an estate is being
filed, then working with them to satisfy the account. Duties also
included skip tracing, making inbound and outbound calls thru a dialer,
contacting area courts and researching information pertaining to estates.

Responsibilities included contacting homeowners in attempts to collect on
outstanding mortgage payments, including negotiating payment arrangements,
providing suggested solutions and referrals to cure default in efforts of
meeting their financial obligations, developing restructuring plans to
assist clients in resolving delinquency and avoiding foreclosure. My
position required basic knowledge of policies, procedures, products,
services, and internal operations within JPMC. As a seasoned collector, I

Responsibilities included managing a 72-unit tax-credit apartment
community, processing applications, enforcing lease agreements, accounts
receivable/payables, supervising maintenance employees and outside
contactors, completion of quarterly unit inspections of the site including
vacant/occupied units, collecting rent, making bank deposits, showing
vacant units to prospective residents, community event planning, providing
referrals to aid families with meeting their needs.
