agency, which included a new Vision and Mission of the agency and its

Identified the gaps and performance improvement solutions for the clinical

and residential programs that resulted in an increase of revenue of 300k as

demonstrated by an increase in productivity and customer satisfaction.

Developed a curriculm-based Training program, as a subject matter expert,

for the residential and clinical staff that involved a more detailed
