Furniture Rental Experience

Canadian Furniture Leasing / Executive Furniture (1987 to 1998)

Started in the showroom servicing the Office and Corporate residential clients

with their long and short term rental needs and sales, as well as the monthly renewals

for office and residential rentals.

- Furnished model suites for the housing and condominium

builders sales offices in the GTA, also managed the Office rentals and sales division

- Developed the “Specialty Rentals” side of the business to service the growing Trade-show

and Special Events coming into Toronto and Montreal. Provided contracted furniture,

warehoused and delivered for the Show Contractors Exhibitor Kits, which their sales staff

used for their upgraded furniture offerings for Trade-shows, Special Events, Concerts and

Hotels.

- Signed exclusive contracts with the (4) major show contractor/designers

Stronco Show Services, Chairman Mills Show Services, GES Canada Show Services

and Freeman Decorating Show Services. To provide furniture programs for them here in

Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.

Furnishings By Exclusive (1998-2002)

Started with (2) partners, after leaving Executive Furniture Rentals.

- Provided rental furniture for the above industry as well as the Corporate

and Meeting planning side of the industry.

- Provided office furniture to the Provincial Government, Movie and television productions

and “Staging furniture” for the Real Estate Brokers in the GTA

Progressive Furniture Rentals (2002-2010)

Started after (1) partner was purchased out

- Serviced the markets we were already contracted to, as well as new markets in the

USA with the Trade-show and Special event rental companies doing business in Canada

* (2010 to 2012) Sold my shares of Progressive furniture and moved to B.C.

Executive Furniture Rentals (2012-2013)

Returned to Toronto December 2012

* Contracted to develop new office, hotel and staging division rental

programs; arranged meetings and presentations for new and existing

clients.
