Maintain executive calendars, appointments, schedules, follow up on project schedules and

coordinating various activities. The ability to work under pressure with many concurrent

projects with little guidance. Compose and type routine correspondence, including e mail and

faxes. Create reports (financial, equity, demographics, etc.). Heavy calendaring. Record and

transcribe all Board and committees’ (9) meetings. Organize and maintain file system, file

correspondence and other records. Coordinate and arrange meetings and presentations, prepare

agendas, reserve and prepare facilities record. Handle annual corporate events’ planning,

including location, people and equipment. Prepared and published monthly newsletter and

several mass mailings per month. Maintain budget and inventories for office supplies, and
