• Facilitated professional patient transfer to and from care by anesthesia team, post-op, ICU,
and medical-surgical floor
• Performed electrosurgical unit setup, surgical site prep, Foley insertion, instrument and soft
counts, specimen collection-transfer to laboratory, time-out, procedure material preparation,
PACU handoff report
• Scrubbed, gowned, and gloved for sterile field preparation and assistance
• Assisted surgeon with a total knee replacement including positioning and suturing, and
positioned pediatric patient during bone biopsy and port removal
• 233 hours working with operating room circulating nurse and PACU nurse
