I use the Faro Arm and Lecia Laser Tracker with Verisurf (X5) and CMM with QC5000 software to

validate engineering conformity, collecting data for design, evaluating discrepancies and conducting

corrective action. Conduct Inspections on Machined Fabricated Parts using calipers, Depth Gages,

Micrometers, Calibrated Scales, Pin Gages, Ring Gage, Thread Gage, and 3D Measuring Systems

with the analytical use of GD&T per ASME Y14.5 to meet Quality Requirements Per Engineering

I used API laser trackers with Build!IT 3.1 software, the Verisurf X5 Program with a Faro Laser

Tracker, and I read Catia Model Programming. I was primarily responsible for composite part

inspection for engineering conformity, developing and performing tooling inspections, collecting

data for tooling design and programming, providing concurrence on tool design changes, evaluating

discrepancies and conducting corrective action. Duties included but were not limited to: Inspecting

Aircraft Parts for dimensional accuracy, Visually Inspect Fabricated Machined Parts to assure they

meet the Quality Requirements Per Engineering Drawings, Blueprints or Schematics. Perform First

Article Inspection on Machined Fabricated Parts, Audit and Inspect Hand Lay-up, Incoming Tools

Per Work Order Instructions and Manufacture Specification, Conduct Inspections on Machined

Fabricated Parts using calipers, Depth Gages, Micrometers, Calibrated Scales, Pin Gages, Ring

Gage, Thread Gage, 3D Measuring System with analytical use of GD&T. Specific programs

worked on include Airbus’ A350 & A320, Pratt&Whitney’s GTF, Boeing’s 787 and various legacy

programs.

Sr. Inspector/Lead, Hitco Carbon Composites, Gardena, Ca. 2010 to 2012

Inspected Composite Aerospace Parts and metallic tooling for dimensional accuracy by using

Verisurf X5 & V9 Programs for Faro Arms and Laser Tracker with the fundamental awareness of

GD&T Symbols and Concept. I oversaw all dayshift PCMM inspection functions, performed on-

the-job training and worked directly with engineering ensuring compliance with customer

specifications. Assured Operations are in conformance to Customers Quality Specifications and

Requirements, Visually Inspect Fabricated Machined Parts to assure they meet the Quality

Requirements Per Engineering Drawings, Blueprints or Schematics. Perform First Article

Used Faro Laser Tracker with Verisurf V9 & X4 software to build, evaluate and rework

Invar/Aluminum/Steel layup molds before and after heat treatment. I was responsible for making

sure all second shift forming employees had relevant and updated Catia models, material, and

blueprints (templates) per work order instructions and manufacture specifications. Assured all are in
