To obtain a full-time position with a company that is dedicated to being the absolute best in their
respective industry that will make the most of my exceptional computer, deductive reasoning, and
communication skills.
Experience
Quality Inspector 3, The Marvin Group, Inglewood, Ca. 2013 to Present
I use the Faro Arm and Lecia Laser Tracker with Verisurf (X5) and CMM with QC5000 software to
validate engineering conformity, collecting data for design, evaluating discrepancies and conducting
corrective action. Conduct Inspections on Machined Fabricated Parts using calipers, Depth Gages,
Micrometers, Calibrated Scales, Pin Gages, Ring Gage, Thread Gage, and 3D Measuring Systems
with the analytical use of GD&T per ASME Y14.5 to meet Quality Requirements Per Engineering
Drawings, Blueprints or Schematics. Work on variety of military aerospace and defense programs.
Quality Tech. I, UTC Aerospace Systems, Riverside, Ca. 2012 to 2013
I used API laser trackers with Build!IT 3.1 software, the Verisurf X5 Program with a Faro Laser
Tracker, and I read Catia Model Programming. I was primarily responsible for composite part
inspection for engineering conformity, developing and performing tooling inspections, collecting
data for tooling design and programming, providing concurrence on tool design changes, evaluating
discrepancies and conducting corrective action. Duties included but were not limited to: Inspecting
Aircraft Parts for dimensional accuracy, Visually Inspect Fabricated Machined Parts to assure they
meet the Quality Requirements Per Engineering Drawings, Blueprints or Schematics. Perform First
Article Inspection on Machined Fabricated Parts, Audit and Inspect Hand Lay-up, Incoming Tools
Per Work Order Instructions and Manufacture Specification, Conduct Inspections on Machined
Fabricated Parts using calipers, Depth Gages, Micrometers, Calibrated Scales, Pin Gages, Ring
Gage, Thread Gage, 3D Measuring System with analytical use of GD&T. Specific programs
worked on include Airbus’ A350 & A320, Pratt&Whitney’s GTF, Boeing’s 787 and various legacy
programs.
Sr. Inspector/Lead, Hitco Carbon Composites, Gardena, Ca. 2010 to 2012
Inspected Composite Aerospace Parts and metallic tooling for dimensional accuracy by using
Verisurf X5 & V9 Programs for Faro Arms and Laser Tracker with the fundamental awareness of
GD&T Symbols and Concept. I oversaw all dayshift PCMM inspection functions, performed on-
the-job training and worked directly with engineering ensuring compliance with customer
specifications. Assured Operations are in conformance to Customers Quality Specifications and
Requirements, Visually Inspect Fabricated Machined Parts to assure they meet the Quality
Requirements Per Engineering Drawings, Blueprints or Schematics. Perform First Article
Inspection on Machined Fabricated Parts, Audit and Inspect Hand Lay-up, Incoming Tools Per
Work Order Instructions and Manufacture Specification, Conduct Audits on Process, Operations
and Tooling in assure all are in compliance, Conduct Inspections on Machined Fabricated Parts

and 3D Measuring Systems. Specific programs worked on include Boeing’s 787, Lockheed’s F15
& F35, Aerojet’s Atlas V, and various legacy programs.
Tracker/Night Shift Lead, Coast Composites, Irvine, Ca. 2006 to 2010
Used Faro Laser Tracker with Verisurf V9 & X4 software to build, evaluate and rework
Invar/Aluminum/Steel layup molds before and after heat treatment. I was responsible for making
sure all second shift forming employees had relevant and updated Catia models, material, and
blueprints (templates) per work order instructions and manufacture specifications. Assured all are in
compliance using calipers, Depth Gage, Micrometers, Calibrated Scales, Pin Gages, Ring Gage,
Thread Gage, and 3D Measuring Systems. Specific programs worked on include Boeing, ATK,
Honeywell, Lockheed, Spirit, Goodrich, Airbus and various legacy programs.
Acublend Operator, Scott Specialty Gases, San Bernardino, Ca. 2001 to 2005
Operated Acublend gas blending system to make high pressure custom test standards and verified
test standards at QC Bench.
Certified Hazardous Waste Worker / First Responder Cert.#7512
Airframe Mechanic, Team Rush Inc., Chino, Ca. 2000 to 2001
Completed cargo aircraft routine maintenance “C” checks, JTSD engine removal and installation,
constant speed drive and generator changes on Boeing 727-100 and 727-200 cargo planes.
Education
San Bernardino Valley College, San Bernardino, Ca. 1996 to 1998
Obtained Airframe License.
Military
USAF, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, Ok. 1988 to 1992
