instrumental in creating and populating the UNMH Careers page that went live on facebook in October

2013.

• Successfully led a county-wide grassroots campaign with employee volunteers that resulted in $90

million in funding through an approved mil levy vote. This vote is held every eight years.

As the coordinator who planned and executed all employee-related events for a staff of 6000, I

• Organized, budgeted for, and delivered events for hospital leadership and staff members. Events were

carried out under budget, with documented participant and management satisfaction. Plans included CEO

invitation events, meetings and luncheons, unit-based recognition celebrations, town halls, community

forums, staff morale contests, Employee of the Month celebrations, onsite and offsite award and service

award banquets for groups of 50 to 250, and an annual employee and family picnic for 5000.

• Initiated, coordinated and led corporate volunteer functions including charity walks, food and clothing

drives, community improvement events and related fundraisers.

• Coordinated and executed the hospital’s annual consumer trade show event called the Eyewitness

News 4 Health Fair – the separate UNMH display included 30 booths within this 200-booth show,

sponsored by the local NBC affiliate.

• Built and maintained databases for event invitations and tracking.
