• Responsible for a multi man recruiting stations encompassing a 4 county areas, duties were to train, supervise and
organizes the daily activities of 5 assigned recruiters, develop subordinates in leadership, prospecting, interview techniques, and
the development of civilian awareness programs; documents historical and evaluative data; responsible for the stations
accomplishing all assigned recruiting objectives.
• Selected over 12 other qualified individuals, to be a Station Commander / Area Commander
• In my first year of being placed in the position of Station / Area Commander, production was increased by 23% above the
previous year’s production
• Was consistently tasked by superiors to improve production in recruiting stations throughout Marion, Hendricks, Putnam
and Shelby counties
• Trained a Recruiting team which consisted of 16 Recruiters in administrative procedures, prior service recruiting practices

The course provided training to prospective Recruiter’s in interpersonal, conceptual, technical, and tactical skills through practical
application and evaluations that reflects the real world recruiting environment. The course also focused on principles of leadership,
eligibility, technology systems, interpersonal communications, Army Programs, time management, prospecting, and interviewing
which ultimately support the accomplishment of the recruiting mission.
PRIMARY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COURSE – Ft. Leonard Wood, MO.
The course is the first leadership course Non Commissioned Officers attend. PLDC is a month long course that teaches leadership,
training management, map reading and war fighting basic skills to lead small groups of Soldiers. This course is hard hitting and
intensive with emphasis on leadership skills and prepares Soldiers to advance to the rank of Sergeant.
