• I was employed by Szabo/Correctional Medical Services from 1986-1999 and held titles from Staff
Nursing to Site Administrator. The contract was lost to Prison Health Services and I became employed by this
company through December 31, 2007 at which time I was laid off due to lack of work and returned May of 2009
when PHS won the bid for the Michigan Department of Corrections. I was the Regional Director for 15 sites in
the Northern Region of Michigan. I held tiles of Administrator, Regional Manager, Regional Director and
Regional VP with PHS/Corizon. I have 28 years of combined experience in Correctional Medical Services.
Given these are contractual services employers changed based on contract awards. I have been a Registered
Nurse since May 1985 and I am also a Certified Correctional Health Professional.
