Broad Functions:
Payroll in-charge. Prepares, monitors, checks and file all documents
on all government related agencies such as SSS, Philhealth,Pag-ibig and
BIR. Responsible in monitoring DTR of all employees and Leave Benefits.
a. Regularly check and monitor Daily Time Record of all employees
b. Prepares attendance and summary report for payroll
c. Received, verifies, compute and sorts overtime application of personnel.
d. Responsible in monitoring employee's leave credits.
e. Prepares monthly deductions of employees (PHIC, SSS, PAG-IBIG, W-tax)
f. Prepares monthly reporting of remittances and loans(PHIC, SSS, PAG-IBIG,
W-tax)
g. Prepares request of monthly payments to PHIC,SSS, PAG IBIG and With-
holding tax of all employee)
