providers including Technical Tiers Rating, Utility Power infrastructure,

Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE), leasing term of conditions and SLA.

. Provided facilities requirements, specification, and Basis of Design to

data center Co-Lo provider to implement five Pfizer global data centers -

45K sq.ft in Needham, MA; 10K sq.ft in Somerset, NJ; 5K sq.ft in Brussels,

Belgium; 4K sq.ft in Singapore; and 1K sq.ft in Tokyo -- under budget with

users' full satisfaction. Established a Pfizer internal private cloud

infrastructure.
