TITLE : 3D QSAR STUDIES ON MEFLOQUINE ANALOGS

DESCRIPTION : Malaria contains several drugs to treat the disease but here

we are taking particular drug Mefloquine analogs for the study. This

project aims to carry out 3D QSAR of Mefloquine analogs to identifying

specific interactions of the molecule with the target and understanding

electrostatic and steric interactions of the ligand molecules by regression

methods.
