closures; pre-operative and post-operative patient management.
- Well woman exam; wet saline prep and KOH prep; collection of cultures; PAP smears;
prenatal and postnatal care; contraception and family planning; high risk pregnancy
management (gestational diabetes, hypertension); vaginal deliveries and assistance in C-
section; management of patients in peri-menopause and post-menopause.
- Total skin exam; shave biopsy; punch biopsy; skin scraping for oil mount or KOH;
ketoconazole injections; diagnosis and treatment of common skin diseases such as acne,
dermatitis (contact, ectopic, seborrheic), psoriasis, rosacea, actinic keratosis, wart,
molluscum contagiosum, scabies; patient education (dry skin, sun damage).
