Metallurgical Engineering

Metallurgist E.I.T.-Process Research ORTECH (PRO), Mississauga, Ontario (2012- Present)
* Involves using company patents and interpreting experimental data from bench scale tests to design and operate on the pilot plant scale using solvent extraction.
* Responsible for supervising and training students on how to operate safely within the plant.
* Often required to perform bench scale leaching, roasting and shakeout tests.
* Often involved in the entire aspect of a process including communition, waste treatment and decommissioning of the plant.
