Collaborated patient care with EMS, Chemical Dependency Program, Mental Health Services, Diabetic and
Nutrition Services, and county Public Health Services. Provided psychiatric medication care, evaluation, and
management for Mental Health and Chemical Dependency programs. Worked to successfully reduce baby
bottle tooth decay, increase immunization status of children and adults, and improve understanding and
management of Diabetes, HTN, and Obesity. This opportunity was like working in a clinic, and a worksite

Accomplishments: - Worked with South Puget Intertribal Planning Agency (SPIPA) to secure health care

Bear Project (Building Effective AIDS response)" connecting our clinic and clinicians with HRSA/HIV/AIDS

-Worked with Portland Area Indian Health Services to create the guidelines included in the publication: "Indian
Health Service: National STD Program, Starting a School-Based Chlamydia Screening Project in Indian
Country", April 2007.

Olympia Washington, to carry out the "American Indian Elder Caregiver Health Study", Funded by "The
