. Responsible for arranging official /personal travel and related

accommodations for all employees (diplomats and their spouses, foreign

national employees, other authorized officials and VIPs).

. Ensure all employees have their travel organized wither it is hotel

arrangements (in and outside Jordan), booking their tickets, airport

pickup and keeping track of all visitors coming in to Amman and applying

for visa's to different parts of the world was part of my day to day job

description.

. Coordinate USAID functions (work shops, retreats, meetings) in or outside

Amman including banqueting, hotel reservations for all participants,

booking the acquired facilities, making sure outside visitor's travel was

taken care of and making sure functions runs on schedule.

. Keep records of travel spending and ensure the spending is according to

the allocated budget.
