A charge nurse responsible of a 57 bed sub acute rehabilitation unit. Daily responsibilities include,

wound care, tracheostomy care, patient teaching upon admission/discharge, required daily documentation,

consulting with various physicians, obtaining and picking up MD orders, medication administration, delegation

and supervision of CNA assignments, IV Fluid/ Medication Administration, foley catheter insertion and care,

and following up with pending lab specimens.
