Responsibilities:

Making mini, mid level and heavy contracts based on the scope of works involved. Working on their respective

addendums, if any additional work needs to be contracted. Making Bill of quantities if needed. Consolidating the

required appendices(drawings, technical details, specifications, Time schedule, quotations etc..) from their

respective departments and assembling the contract as a whole.

Processing payment certificates to the subcontractors based on the terms and

clauses mentioned under contract.

Furnishing material to the site by locking deals with construction material suppliers.

Maintaining a procurement log report by recording the arrival dates of partial

shipments, international and local, and the details of the material delivered and submit it to the

general manager on a monthly basis.

ACADEMIC DISSERTATIONS

B.E Final Year Project: AUTOMATED TELE ENERGY METERING SYSTEM An embedded system for the

automation of the electric billing. Here each subscriber of Electricity is provided with an electric meter, which in

addition to monitoring energy consumption can also communicate through the power line itself. All the meters of

the system are networked with a pre agreed protocol devised to make the system reliable enough. A host central

system placed at the central station can poll any of the meters to collect the metered information.
