AJM is process of removal of material. In abrasive jet machining abrasive particles is

used,carried by high pressure air or gas is made to bombarded on the work surface though a nozzle &

work material is removed by erosion by high velocity abrasive particals.

PROJECT

PROJECT TITLE: Desing and Fabrication of Kinetic Energy Recovery System.

Team Member-4

The aim of this project is stored the waste energy and convert this energy into the s power

for useful work.

KERS is a regenrative braking which has an energy recovery mechanism or an automotive

systems use under acceleration for kinetic energy of moving vehicle when it is recoverd from breaking

and stored in a reservoir. When the car is under breaking process,it creates waste heat.This is what the

device of KERS is for. It recovers the kinetic energy from waste heat and then stored and converts the

energy into power.
