• Interned at a 124-bed and Medicaid-certified long-term care nursing facility.
• Observed the working techniques of the Administrator and the Director of nursing while they
provided oversight to ensure that the facility functioned as a team to provide exceptional healthcare to
residents and that the facility exceeded standards of quality assurance.
• Participated in weekly Standard of Care (SOC) meetings by reviewing all residents charts monthly
• Participated in facility Care Plans with resident and family members to ensure Quality of Care.

Activities
• Served as a fundraiser for the Family Project to help raise money to provide shelter, meals, and
medical services to benefit children and the elderly in Vietnam. So far, we have raised $2,000.00
dollar toward this worthy campaign.
